Restaurant POS and payment processing in Fort Myers and Cape Coral

Our number is a 239 number for a reason. Southwest Florida restaurants get a named rep, a resilience kit for storm season, and a program built to cut card cost.

Fort Myers · Cape Coral · Southwest Florida  ·  Celt Payments

Celt Payments works with restaurants across Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the rest of Southwest Florida. You get a direct line to a real person on (239) 316-0003 for installation, training and troubleshooting, not a ticket number in an overseas call centre.

Ready for storm season

Every install includes a resilience kit on your network hardware. A cellular failover modem keeps the system online through an internet outage. Lavu's offline mode stores transactions and forwards them once you reconnect, though offline transactions aren't authorized until then, so there's some risk on declines. Battery backup covers short power flickers. An outage, a storm, or a dropped line shouldn't become a night of lost sales.

Keep the POS you have, if you'd rather

Plenty of operators aren't ready to move a whole floor onto a new system. The Adyen S1F2 runs the cash discount program on its own: staff key in the amount, the guest picks how they're paying, and your existing till stays where it is. If you move to Lavu later, the same hardware carries across.

More orders, not just cheaper ones

Every install includes the digital groundwork that brings new guests through the door: a properly built Google Business Profile, MenuDrive online ordering on your own site synced to your Lavu menu, and DoorDash delivery at a flat per-order fee instead of marketplace commissions that can reach 30% of the ticket. The exact flat fee varies by market and distance.

The handhelds we install for Fort Myers & Cape Coral restaurants

Two ways to take payment at the table, both on Adyen processing. Pick one, or run both on the same floor.

Adyen S1F2 handheld terminal showing credit at the posted price and debit and cash at the discounted price
Adyen S1F2 handheld terminal. Tap, chip, swipe and phone wallets, with a printer built in so the receipt is handed over at the table. Charges over USB-C. It runs the cash discount program on its own: staff key the amount in and your existing POS stays where it is. If you move to Lavu later, the same hardware carries across.

Lavu handheld with the Adyen NYC1 card reader. The full Lavu POS menu on an iPad mini in a rugged case, with the NYC1 reader attached magnetically to the back and paired over Bluetooth. It takes tap, chip and swipe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The S1F2 shows credit, debit and cash as three separate buttons, and we set the display and receipt wording to the card network and state rules that apply to you. Amounts on the terminal screen are illustrative. You can also prove it on one station for sixty days on the S1F2 before changing anything else.

Is a cash discount program legal in Florida?

Florida's former statutory ban on credit card surcharging has been held unconstitutional, and cash discount programs are widely used by Florida restaurants. Our program is structured as a discount from one posted price, so nobody pays more than the menu price, and we configure the terminal display and receipt wording to current card network rules. Confirm your specific setup with your acquirer or your own advisor. The full answer is in our FAQ.
